  • How I love people like that who help people solve problems remotely using the internet. I, for example, could not in sufficient words to tell what is wrong with my mac, so I just took and made a recording of the screen with the information on this website sent to the technical support site. Literally 10-15 minutes of conversation we have completely solved the problem, but otherwise I do not know what I would do without them.
